| Surah Al-Kahf (18:46) | ٱلْمَالُ وَٱلْبَنُونَ زِينَةُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَٱلْبَٰقِيَٰتُ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتُ خَيْرٌ عِندَ رَبِّكَ ثَوَابًۭا وَخَيْرٌ أَمَلًۭا | مال اور بیٹے تو دنیوی زندگی کی رونق ہیں اور باقی رہنے والی نیکیاں تیرے رب کے نزدیک ثواب دینے اور اچھی امید رکھنے میں بہتر ہیں۔ | Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life. But the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for [one’s] hope. | Los bienes y los hijos son el adorno de la vida mundanal; pero las buenas obras perduran y son mejores ante tu Señor en recompensa y esperanza. |
| Surah Al-Anfal (8:28) | وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَآ أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ وَأَوْلَٰدُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌۭ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عِندَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌۭ | اور جان لو کہ تمہارے مال اور تمہاری اولاد ایک آزمائش ہے اور بے شک اللہ کے ہاں بڑا اجر ہے۔ | And know that your wealth and your children are but a trial, and that Allah has with Him a great reward. | Sabed que vuestros bienes y vuestros hijos son una prueba, pero que junto a Dios hay una gran recompensa. |
| Surah At-Taghabun (64:15) | إِنَّمَآ أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ وَأَوْلَٰدُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌۭ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عِندَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌۭ | بے شک تمہارے مال اور تمہاری اولاد ایک آزمائش ہیں، اور اللہ کے ہاں بڑا اجر ہے۔ | Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and Allah has with Him a great reward. | Ciertamente, vuestros bienes y vuestros hijos son una prueba, pero junto a Dios hay una gran recompensa. |
| Surah Al-Munafiqun (63:9) | يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تُلْهِكُمْ أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَٰدُكُمْ عَن ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ | اے ایمان والو! تمہارے مال اور تمہاری اولاد تمہیں اللہ کے ذکر سے غافل نہ کریں، اور جو ایسا کرے گا تو وہی لوگ نقصان اٹھانے والے ہیں۔ | O you who have believed, let not your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that – then those are the losers. | ¡Oh, creyentes! No dejéis que vuestros bienes ni vuestros hijos os aparten del recuerdo de Dios. Quienes lo hagan serán los perdedores. |
| Surah Al-Isra (17:6) | وَجَعَلْنَٰكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيرًۭا | اور ہم نے تمہاری اولاد کو زیادہ کر دیا۔ | And We increased you in wealth and children. | Y os multiplicamos en riqueza y en hijos. |
| Surah Al-Hadid (57:20) | ٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌۭ وَلَهْوٌۭ وَزِينَةٌۭ وَتَفَاخُرٌۭ بَيْنَكُمْ وَتَكَاثُرٌۭ فِى ٱلْأَمْوَٰلِ وَٱلْأَوْلَٰدِ كَمَثَلِ غَيْثٍ أَعْجَبَ ٱلْكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُۥ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَىٰهُ مُصْفَرًۭا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ حُطَٰمًۭا ۖ وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ عَذَابٌۭ شَدِيدٌۭ وَمَغْفِرَةٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنٌۭ ۚ وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ | جان لو کہ دنیا کی زندگی بس ایک کھیل، تماشا، زینت، آپس میں فخر اور مال و اولاد میں زیادہ طلبی ہے۔ اس کی مثال ایسی ہے جیسے بارش ہو، جس سے اگنے والی کھیتی کسانوں کو بھلی معلوم ہو، پھر وہ سوکھ جائے، پھر تم اسے زرد شدہ دیکھو، پھر وہ چورا چورا ہو جائے۔ اور آخرت میں سخت عذاب ہے اور اللہ کی طرف سے مغفرت اور رضا ہے۔ اور دنیا کی زندگی صرف دھوکے کا سامان ہے۔ | Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children—like the example of rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turn yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion? | Sabed que la vida de este mundo no es sino distracción, juego, lujo, ostentación entre vosotros y rivalidad en la riqueza y en los hijos. Es como la lluvia que hace crecer plantas que alegran a los sembradores; luego se secan y las ves amarillas, y luego se convierten en paja seca. En la otra vida hay un castigo severo, pero también el perdón y la complacencia de Dios. La vida de este mundo no es más que un goce ilusorio. |
| Surah Al-Imran (3:185) | كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ ۗ وَإِنَّمَا تُوَفَّوْنَ أُجُورَكُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ ۖ فَمَن زُحْزِحَ عَنِ ٱلنَّارِ وَأُدْخِلَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ فَقَدْ فَازَ ۗ وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ | ہر جان موت کا مزہ چکھنے والی ہے اور تمہیں تمہارے اعمال کا پورا بدلہ قیامت کے دن ہی دیا جائے گا، پس جو شخص آگ سے بچا لیا گیا اور جنت میں داخل کر دیا گیا وہ کامیاب ہو گیا۔ اور دنیا کی زندگی تو بس دھوکے کا سامان ہے۔ | Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion? | Cada alma probará la muerte, y solo recibiréis vuestra recompensa el Día de la Resurrección. Quien se aleje del fuego y entre en el Paraíso habrá triunfado. La vida de este mundo no es más que un goce ilusorio. |
